This is a fifteen song compilation CD by the Finnish label Spinefarm. It features the bands The Flaming Sideburns, Mannhai, Thee Ultra Bimbos, Heaven N’ Hell, The Mutants, The Black League, and Lemonator. It is mostly tracks from the bands regular records but a few rare b-side tracks or remixes appear for some bands. The Flaming Sideburns start the CD off with two tracks from their Sky Pilots release. Straight up rock and roll! Mannhai are next with Mr. Out of Sight from the Exploder CD and the fast raw Spiritraiser from Evil Under The Sun. Thee Ultra Bimboos, a really cool all female quartet, give us the cool 60’s inspired Mars Is Rising from the Bimboo Wizard CD. We’re Not Gonna Take it is a funny cover of the Twisted Sister song (the b-side of the Sleeping Dogs 7"). The 80’ style melodic metal band Heaven ‘N’Hell gives up two tracks from their Sleeping With Angels CD. The Mutants get 3 tracks, two from the Voodoo Blues CD and a remix from the Caligula CD single. This is really cool groovy blues rock stuff. The Black League is featured with two tracks from the Man’s Ruin Revisited CD. Nasty, growling rock and roll with cool grooves! Lemonator gives up Killer from the Grandpop CD and a remixed version of California. If you want a taste of some cool Finnish rock bands, this is a great compilation at a cheap price!
