Sagh are a new Norwegian band with former members of Gorgoroth, Manngard and Audrey Horne. This is mostly heavy metal true and tried and has much more to do with bands like Pentagram, Solitude Aeternus, The Sword, and Candlemass. I really like the psychedelic aspect of the music here, which is lacking in a lot of this kind of music. The CD has tracks that are true doom metal like Repent and more stoner rock tracks like Boundless Demise. The other tracks fall somewhere in the middle. This one really grows on you a lot and has some great musical passages that suck you into most of the songs. Cool stuff.
