All female rockers, Cherry Overdrive are back with a new 7”. This one was suppose to be out in June but was delayed… Anyway, it’s here now and features the title track as well the B-side, Fashion. This is the first material to feature the new girls (on bass and drums) and it rocks! I’ll be Gone is a mid paced and catchy rock and roll tune and features an organ solo that leads into the guitar solo and then one more chorus and finished. Cool song. Fashion is another really cool song and why don’t these kind of cool rock songs reach the radio?? It has cool vocal ideas, is catchy without being pop music but is down and straight rock and roll, the way it should be played. Great single….
