Peruvian rock band La Ira de Dios are back with their 5th LP. The band had started in a more fast, punky direction with the last record but have more or less left their spacey roots in the dust and taken their low fi spaced out sound and mixed it with a dose of the Sex Pistols and Motorhead. No doubt this album rocks like a mutherfuka but it just did not hold my interest like their other records. If you are fans of their last record you will probably dig this one but if their first 3 were your favourites then you might want to pass on this one….
