This is a recording project by Will Hart from Olivia Tremor Control with a lot of his friends from the former listed band as well as Neutral Milk Hotel. The 22 songs on the CD are an interesting musical collage that range from very 60's Beatlesqe numbers to more drifting space songs. A lot of complex instrumentation is layered into every song. It is a very pleasant CD to listen to and I could see some of the songs being played on the radio in an alternative world where people appreciate music for being music and are not concerned with its popular potential or if it fits into a specific preformatted easy to digest sandwich... It is not really a rock and roll CD but, like I said above, a musical collage. What more can I say???
