This new Swedish group with former members of The Strollers, The Roadrunners and Norrsken, have formed a new psychedelic rock group called Dead Man. It is raw and pretty cool stuff. The 7" record has great artwork to go along with the musical vibe. "Ship Ahoy", the title track, is an acoustic rock ballad strange thing. I really like the low and dirty production on this one and cool vocals. The B-side is the better song with "Thousand Mile Smile" and is much the same in quite an original style. This track starts off acoustic but becomes electric and is great. A really promising release by this new Swedish band.
