Motorpsycho - Lille Vega, København 6/2/08
From Aural Innovations #40 (September 2008)
It is always great to hear Motorpsycho. The band are back to a three piece with a new kick ass drummer and have just released a new record with just 4 long songs and the rumors have been that they have really been jamming a lot on this tour and tonight is the last night of the tour. The band could not start the show until after Savage Rose finished in the Store Vega, so we had to wait until almost 10:30. But the band played all the way until 1:00, the last time they could and really rocked out. It was a small crowd, perhaps 200 maximum, and a lot left around 12:00, so by the end it was like 75 people. Anyway, it was a strange and varied set list with some long jams. They played the whole new CD at this show and this is where they jammed the most. I really enjoyed the show a lot and this was the first time I had seen the band play with projections behind them and it was great. Excellent band, great concert.
Set List: Serpentine, Sail On, Kill D Hills, Greenar, Watersound, Supa 87, NO Evil, You Lied, N to S, Year Zero, Heartattack Mac, She left on the Sun Ship, Alchemyst, Little Lucid Moments, Good Morning Little School Girl Jam
