This is the newest releases from UK based space kraut, hypno-drone gods, GNOD. As with this release you are never quite sure what you will get. They release a lot of stuff and in all formats - cassette, LP, 7", CD-R. The side A of the cassette is the 25 minute long Deadbeat Disco in Paper Error Shocker. They played this amazing hypnotic space rock track at their recent concert that I was at. This is a damn cool track and probably one of my favourites. The B side of the cassette is Big Chief. This is a slow heavy track that takes it's time to reach where it is going. Half way through the band takes a new direction in this improvisation. It slowly gets heavy like CAN meets BONG and it is very repetitive. Anyway, just get stoned and go with the flow…. I hope they will release the amazing jam from Dresden April 2009. That is a mind blower…
