Krom Lek - "Inspirational Floatation Compilation"

For those who have never believed in Druids, they still exist! Incognito they mingle among the usual mortals in the cities to observe their daily activities and behaviour. In the evening they disappear into the woods, in search of healing herbs and mushrooms, but most of all in search of well being and primeval sounds that must bring peace to the stressed human being of today. These sounds are carefully stored in little boxes (DAT or minidisc recorders!) handed over in their underground laboratories (home studios?) to a team of alchemists (engineers or musicians?). In this case, it is Dave (guitar, keyboards & vocals), Tonksy (flute, sax & vocals), Bazz (bass, "bogeridoo", percussion, keyboards & vocals) and John (drums, percussion, keyboards & vocals) with some accomplices i.e. Wiggy (guitar, vocals & percussion), Tim (Jones) (guitar, vocals & programming), Terri~B (vocals) and Steve (Ellis) (keyboards) who can produce some fine songs, as this CD proves with some 40 minutes of music and electronics gently blended with Irish folk sounds, solid rock rhythms and tight guitar riffs with danceable and/or floating space-songs, somewhat in the same style as Phil Manzanera, that cover us in a thick fog in the direction of the future.
