Credits: The soundscapes on this CD were realised at The Stone Studio in the beautiful little town of Alston in the hills of Cumbria in May 2003 by Terri~B.
The music on this CD was created as a background for relaxation and general ambience to accompany meditation. The use of incense as a facilitator to meditative techniques has been known throughout history and this CD features ethnic instruments and Eastern sound collages to enhance your mood.
